Convenient Entrances, Free Parking
We know you have a lot on your mind when you come to the hospital, whether it’s for personal reasons or to visit a patient. Finding your way shouldn't cause additional burden.
Patients and visitors may enter our facility through one of three handicap-accessible entrances:
North James Street Entrance (TEMPORARILY CLOSED)
This first floor entrance is considered the hospital’s primary entry point. The main lobby, gift shop and snack bar are located in the immediate vicinity upon entry. For security purposes, this entrance is locked between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Bartlett Wing Entrance
This ground floor entrance is located on the Black River Boulevard side of the hospital. Because this entry provides a protective cover from the elements, transporters escort patients to this exit after discharge. This entrance leads to the new medical center, medical imaging, sleep disorder testing and cardiopulmonary services. For security purposes, this entrance is locked between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Emergency Department Entrance
This first floor entrance is open 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. It is located on the north side of the hospital.
Dorothy G. Griffin Cardiovascular Center Entrance - (Exit Only)
This is a convenient exit when you have completed your appointment for medical imaging, sleep disorders testing, or cardiopulmonary services. The dedicated parking lot located off of East Oak Street. The exit under the canopy leads to the parking lot.
At Rome Health, we provide free parking as a courtesy to our patients, visitors and staff. Handicap-accessible parking is available at all entrances. Spaces outside the Emergency Department are reserved for our emergency patients.
