About Chester DiBari III, Executive Director Rome Health Foundation
Chester DiBari is a Rome native and 2006 graduate of Hobart College, Geneva, NY. He joined Rome Health Foundation as Executive Director in 2020 after serving 2 years as the director of development for the MVHS Foundation. Prior to returning to central NY, he served in various public affairs and advocacy positions for 11 years in Washington, DC.
